We are distributor for a range of very affordable and sturdy pellets presses and mills. However, the conditon of the feed stock is most crucial. Material we recommend could be saw dust and shavings from a variety of trees. Though, you should be aware of that some energy trees does produce high ash content and, so called energy grass has a low ash melting point, which makes it unsuitable for most domestic pellets burners.

Small Size Mobile Pellets Factory!

For the small scale saw mill, furniture factory or whoever would like to test the production of energy and other pellets but does not have the know how nor the timer to set a line of their own, we are happy to be able to offer a Micro Size Pellets Pressing Factory. This is a Turn-Key factory with everything from hammer mill to sieve, built on a steel skid that will fit into a 20' container, which essentially makes it a Mobile Pellets Factory - you only need a fork lift capable of lifting 3 MT.

The 250kg/h line consists of:

• Hammer mill with 15 kW motor and a 5 mm sieve
• Cyclone to suck out the sawdust from the hammer mill
• Mixer and screw conveyor to feed the pellets press
• Pellets press 22 kW with flat die, 6-8 mm and cooler/sieve
• Control panel

However, you need to have a suitable material with a water content of 13-18% and pieces (wood chips 2-3 cm) not larger than the hammer mill can reduce the material to less than 5 mm. Look further down the page for a small dryer.
